MW&Co. Wealth Management/MW&Co. Insurance Pensions Benefits Inc. is a growing team of financial planners offering an integrated approach to financial, insurance and estate planning and investment management services. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our customer service team.
This position will be a full-time position 40 hours/week. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and be a motivated multi-tasking individual. Ideally, the candidate will have a financial or insurance background, but training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Client Services – answering phone, email and in-person inquiries, scheduling meetings
Account maintenance – preparing and submitting account applications, keeping accounts up to date and making any updates that are required
Coordinating the communication between the Wealth Management team and Accounting team to ensure seamless integration of accounting and Wealth Management services
Data Entry – keeping databases up to date and preparing spreadsheets to keep track of client activities, etc.
General office organization – filing and keeping supplies stocked
College level business administration, marketing, insurance, or investment program or relevant administrative experience in the following industries:
Computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
Friendly and motivated, excellent written and oral communication
LLQP license an asset
