MW&CO COVID-19 Update:

Our firm continues to adapt to provide services during this challenging time. While much of our business continues to be conducted remotely, our physical offices have now reopened and we are pleased to welcome clients back to our Woodstock and Ingersoll locations.

We will continue to monitor updates and health guidelines to protect our clients, staff, and community and have adjusted how we will provide services at this time. We will be limiting the number of clients in our offices at one time and spacing meetings to ensure we have time to sanitize properly. We will also be encouraging communication by email, telephone and video conferencing, when possible.

We encourage you to send information to us electronically and to utilize our secure drop boxes, which are being checked frequently by staff, at the front door in our Woodstock office and the back door in Ingersoll.

Should you attend our office, we ask that you follow our protocols, which include maintaining 2 meters of space between individuals and utilizing the sanitizer provided upon arrival. All client touch points will be disinfected between visits to our offices. Pursuant to O. Reg. 364/20, Schedule 1, S2(2) we will require all visitors to wear a face covering at all times while visiting our office. If you do not have a mask, one will be made available to you.

We greatly value your business and are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our staff, clients, and community.

Please contact us with any questions you have or for support as you navigate any challenges ahead.

We will continue to answer all telephone calls at 519-539-6109 and general emails at info@mwcopc.com.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
