As part of the tax and finance sector we are an essential service in the province and we are committed to adapting to provide our services during this challenging time. Effective December 28, 2020, our physical offices will be closed to clients and visitors, with entrance by appointment only, for the next several weeks. We will reevaluate this closure as the situation evolves and will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
We will not be offering in-person meetings or onsite support services at this time, but please be assured that we remain fully operational to serve our clients, with our staff either working in the office or remotely from home. We have staff available to fulfill typical seasonal demands and your information will remain confidential and secure electronically on our servers and physically in our offices.
We encourage you to send information to us electronically, if possible. We have procedures in place for document handling and the technology available for all communications by email, telephone or video conference. We also have secure drop boxes being checked frequently by staff at the front door in our Woodstock office and the back door in Ingersoll.
We greatly value your business and are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our staff, clients, and community.
Please contact us with any questions you have or for support as you navigate any challenges ahead. We will be answering all telephone calls at 519-539-6109 and general emails at email@example.com.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
